Thank you for your excellent care during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was outstanding. The location was near West Lake and shopping area. There was a bit noise in the morning. However, all in all the experience was very good and we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends staying in Hanoi.

The room was spacious and beautifully appointed with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and comfortable beds. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff always willing to help.
